About LaPoseYoga
The practice of yoga is a journey: it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self-discovery and growth.
LaPoseYoga offers private yoga classes. Sophie has been trained in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha yoga, and Yin yoga. As a professional yoga instructor, her intention is to help you listen to your inner self and find the courage to step outside of your comfort zone. She offers customized private yoga classes, each one based on your body's individual needs. Working with all skill levels, she values each and every person who joins her class and looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
Classes are taught via Zoom, which enables her to reach people from all over the world, as well as in-person within the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. She can meet in the comfort of your home depending where you are located. Sophie is located in Durham in the Research Triangle Area. Additionally, classes can be conducted in French or English.

Price: Online class is 40$ an hour & In-person class is 60$ an hour.
Payment needs to be made before class, and can be made in Cash, with Paypal ( PayPal.me/LaPoseYoga),
or with Venmo ( https://venmo.com/u/LaPoseYoga ).

"I highly recommend Sophie for a private yoga class (on Zoom) or in person if you are fortunate enough! Sophie was able to cater classes based on my lower back pain. Sophie slowed the class down when I needed to and was so in tune (on Zoom) with my body and its needs. Sophie also challenged me to try new poses and strengthen my abs during the session.
